Many shareholders have been in touch to ask how to vote on Novomatic's offer.

You can:

• Input your HIN or Shareholder number at https://www.computershare.com. You should then have the option to vote your shares online.

• Input the Control Number from your Voting Form at https://www.investorvote.com.au/Login.
